Corner MacDonald Consulting was founded on a belief that every organization, whatever its size, deserves the kind of planning, documentation and operational expertise that large enterprises keep in-house.
We have operated licensed companies, worked through complex regulatory environments, won government contracts, built training programs and sold a company to a national industry leader.
The firm began as Policy Partners, writing policies and compliance programs. It has grown into a full consulting practice: setting the right structure, planning for growth and monitoring performance month by month. When a business hits a rough patch, we help it stabilize, recover and grow again.

Sherri MacDonald
Founder & ConsultantSherri brings 35 years of experience building, running, restructuring and selling businesses. She founded one of Canada's largest female-owned security companies and grew it over 26 years, until it was acquired by a national industry leader. She still owns and operates companies today, so her advice comes from an owner, not an observer.
Clients bring Sherri in when the decision matters: restructuring a business, preparing a plan that lenders and investors can take seriously, planning a succession or partner buyout, or steadying a company through a difficult stretch.
Dianne Corner
Founder & ConsultantDianne brings 35 years of experience in operations, workforce management and large-scale service delivery. She was instrumental in the growth of one of Canada's largest female-owned security companies, building the systems, policies and training that let it scale, until it was acquired by a national industry leader. She has run the day-to-day, so her work is built to be used, not filed away.
